SECTION 1 – PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES :
Urbano London reserves the right to change or withdraw prices for the products or services it offers for sale without prior notice. If Urbano London price for any product or service is increased, the price in effect prior to the increase will apply to orders received prior to the effective date of the increase and shipped within a period of 30 days after the effective date of increase.
Prices are in Sterling Pounds unless otherwise specified.
All prices contained on our website include VAT (unless otherwise specified). VAT is charged at the correct current rate as set out by the British Government.
Our site, however, does contain a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
All delivery charges are clearly displayed on the basket stage of your order. These carriage charges are based on standard UK Mainland deliveries using our economy delivery schedule. For countries/regions that do not appear as a shippable area please call or email for a quotation.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY :
If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order on the next working day and delivery dates will vary accordingly. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible.
SECTION 3-RETURN PACKAGING :
All returned goods must be fully dismantled & wrapped in packaging as our couriers do not transport unpackaged items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods.
For all change of mind returns, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received them. Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, a penalty fee of 40% of the full product price (before any discounts) will be deducted from your refund.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask you to source alternative material, for example, bubble wrap. Please note that the penalty fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
